As you pointed out, y'all have some real prizes picking out the textbooks and their contents. Are you aware of how that works? It's the publishers that edit the content that appears in textbooks, after the demands of customers for what goes into them. Texas, being the largest individual purchaser of textbooks, gets to make those choices and the publisher gives them (and everybody else) what Texas wants.I suggest that the answer to your divine mystery lies a lot closer to home. |
