Sexual orientation is not listed and there is a perfectly good reason for sexual orientation to not be included: the free exercise of religion of the business owners. If I feel that doing something that furthers a same sex wedding means I am supporting it and my religious beliefs say otherwise I should be allowed to refuse to serve without threat of legal sanction |
