I know ... seen more than enough of it from out here. :(Kids didn't grow up to be cowboys out there, they joined the force. CHP's at least have some real psych testing, not so much for many of the others, and the county mounties seem to have a large number of folks who seem to have failed the psych test. That's one of the good things about New York ... too many lawyers, so they're pretty careful about those who actually get a gun and a Crown Victoria out here. We generally have much better quality of cops in New York. Except for out in banjo country. :) |
