She did not have to show ID if she was not under arrest. So no she should not have been arrested. If there was reasonable suspicion for prostitution then why was the man not arrested? bc he would have in fact been "the john". So if he didn't get arrested what did she get arrested for? Can't get arrested for not showing ID if no illegal activity was going on or not a traffic stop(would have to show valid drivers license). The fact of the matter whether you admit it or not the cop F'ed up. Now why the cop f'ed up is the question... |
