As someone who has been familiar with the courts for 25 years now, LETS see that charge in real life. That's right up there with someone intentionally calling 911 and making up a bullshit charge so the police grab and search the intended target and charging them with filing a false instrument. In other words, it aint never gonna happen!!! (Political public cases are an exception) |
