Usually, when cops make it a point to engage the community, kids get told what NOT to do when they get stopped. That's the one thing that worked wonders around here. Back in the 1960's and 70's, what happened in Ferguson happened often. Kids around here know NOT to make Officer Neckvein twitch. Sucks perhaps, but at least they get to go home. |
