Gee salaam, 12 million arrests a year. 400 roughly end in the death of the criminal. It's so infinitesimally small that its statistically insignificant. Why are you not as upset with the thousands of black men and women who are killed by other black men and women. Why are you not beating the drums for the hundreds of black children gunned bown by gangs in Chicago and LA. Is this about black youth being killed or about your personal hatred of police?
