Say train trash dude.....I LIVE IN THE AREA OF THE 111th Pct. I know how they are. I have lived here long enough to know. Is you friend who lives on 215st African-American?

I have had 2 car stolen from the 111th area. In both events, the 111th did nothing for me or my neighbors in the area. I rarely ever see them patrolling by foot or in the cruiser. So if no one runs around at night watching, sure....theft of cars goes up. Theft of tires as well.

Lets get back to this statement:

" It's okay to ask a white person if this is their house but he suggests treating black people differently! Racism?"

Cops who patrol a certain usually have some idea who lives in the area they manage. Also, there are various ways in 2014 to get any type of info as one's figure tips. DVM, property records, tax records, etc. Yes......most if not all patrol cars in the NYPD have some kind of access to data. When Jeff Rosen was on patrol, maybe not, but at the station house, he had a way to communicate and find out info. Does a robbery EQUAL DEATH? maybe...maybe not. In Little Neck.....not really. Little Neck is a close-knit area...at least some parts are.
