Well, because if he did order further strikes or other missions then Congress would complain that theyre being ignored like they did during Syria. So with that is David Cameron is showing true leadership by raising the terror level and saying ISIS maybe a threat for years to come?

So, do you go to Congress and ask for War Powers? Will congress authorize it with the real potential is may be a prolonged conflict? These are real questions that we need answers too and Congress hasnt shown a willingness to authorize it.
