He's closing his restaurant because he expects the sick leave provision to be abused? I suspect not.It sounds more likely it's the rent increase, which unfortunately is happening because NYC is doing so well that other people are willing to pay more rent for his space. No one opens a business in NYC any more. Rents are too high! |
