These people then complain they cant share in the amenities that people who paid $25 million have.That's the thing though - if it was free, and/or heavily subsidized by the condos' maintenance payments, then yeah, the renters can't complain. But if facility maintenance comes from the fee charged to residents who use the facilities, then the renters have a little more credence. |
