I see the framework of "black vs. white."

Some black commentators and others have pointed out how black men have to walk on eggshells when it comes to interactions with police. Even if this particular situation is not an example of that, because it is prominent, it has been used to bring up the issue. Of course, conservatives decide to use this to feed into their persecution complex and claim a non-existent "war on whites."
