The simpler one might be if there can't be evidence found on Michael Brown's body that he threw a punch. Because Officer Wilson sustained a broken eye socket, that would mean that Dorian Johnson is who threw the punch, and he could end up charged with the murder (Missouri follows proximate cause principles with respect to murder) of Michael Brown. |
