He was hardly a victim, just another loudmouth who thought that HE could dictate policy to the police. He would stand on the same corner EVERY day, delling loosies while the poor storeowner didn't make any cigarette business. The State BBB was called on him, Vice cops were, Precinct cops were, since he wasn't on any lease, he couldn't get evicted, which the City tried due to this and his violent robbery recidivism... |
