Unless there's some pertinent FACTS (not hyperbole), he acted within his scope of employment AND the law, so no, there will NOT be a guilty verdict.... MAYBE the GJ, as in 2014 we have to placate the nyophite laymen who don't know the FIRST thing about the law or police work in general, other what they see from TV. |
