You're correct on the numbers but you shouldn't draw conclusions from the fact that most arrested were not from Ferguson because there are several other towns right next door. As I posted earlier, which side of the street you live on determines whether you live in Ferguson or Florissant. To call residents from Florissant "outsiders" is misleading because anyone driving down the main business drag is going to deal with Ferguson police. |
