Posted by Olog-hai on Thu Aug 21 04:14:52 2014 At an estimated 29.8 million enslaved, it's the highest number in history. And growing, not shrinking. It's also more than double the entire number of Africans that were brought to the New World (not just the USA, but both North and South America). |
