Dude, the only reason there's only been a few civilian deaths is because Israel has an (expensive) anti-missile system, which has largely been able to get the ones that have been a threat. If somebody were to shoot at you with a gun with obvious intent to kill, but missed, would you just ignore him/her? Even if they chase after you when you try to take cover? |
