You mean the 99% of media which are conservative? Meh. They vary. If Fox says the sky is blue, you need to double check, but CNN can generally be trusted to get the most basic facts right; they generally limit themselves to false equivalences where they pretend a right wing liar is just as qualified to talk about science as an actual scientist, etc. If you know going in who's qualified to speak on a subject and who can be ignored, you can generally trust the basics, but you still have to be careful about false attributions and keep in mind that they often omit pertinent facts. |
