Now this thread is getting interesting.The Corvair was a death trap that ate fan belts. All the weight was in the back, so when you went into a right curve on a wet or slushy two lane road, the ass end would go out from under you & slide onto the oncoming lane of traffic. Two friends of mine were killed in one of those things, just the way I described. GM=mark of excellence?? I don't think so. |
