Losing a waist size does not indicate losing muscle mass. But I do think it's impossible to lose only fat. If you lose a large amount of fat, you'll lose some muscle mass too. That's why I think weight lifting is so important.Glad the hikes have helped. I loved "hiking" in Forest Park in October and November when I lived in Queens. I still think you hate men. |
