Let's make that problem even MORE fun. Here in the US, cryptography is illegal to teach until Obama made it OK. As a result of crypto being declared "munitions" there is nobody here yet who can do proper crypto code. We were the ONLY nation left that prohibited this. So I have three guys in Haifa and one who came over here from Spain that do that because they learned it in grade school and sharpened their skills at Uni.

Perfect example of our lost brain trust is that whole "heartbleed" thing with TLS/SSL encryption. Bad code for nearly ten years now and nobody knew enough about it to spot the error in it until the Russkies did. Can't hire when there ain't talent here.
