Chad Sublet IS NOT the Mayor of Topeka. He is the city's Attorney. Also, you are making a big assumption about violence increasing especially since the statistics show that in some places it went down when more lax laws were passed. This leads me to believe that there is more than just the number of guns at play in determining whether the rate will go up or down |
