I'm sure a couple people here celebrate Christmas with Chinese food and movies, yet somehow the few hundred million Christians don't claim you're being "offensive" for doing so. If I posted on December 24 that I was upset that there was nothing open that day except Chinese restaurants and movie theaters and how there was nothing else to do except to go to those venues or to stay at home because of other people's religious holiday, Christians would have every right to be upset at me. The same way I get upset at people who complain about Israel partially or completely shutting down for some holidays. If you don't like it, go somewhere else or keep it to yourself. No one is upset because you don't keep Kosher for Passover. People are upset because of how you go about letting us all know what you ate for dinner on Monday. |
