Obviously they did not. Obviously one was a bad vote, done by someone other than the person they said they were. It may or may not have anything to do with the real person who's name it is. The real person could have went to vote where they were supposed to, not knowing someone was using their information somewhere else, either in their old polling place, or someplace other than where they live. |
