I never said no student has ever been accepted to all 8 Ivies, "based on some guidance counselor". I said it because it is a FACT.IvyWise, a consulting firm specializing in helping kids get into Ivy League schools, says there is no record before now of anyone applying--and being accepted by--EVERY Ivy League college. They point out that most students seeking admission at such schools, only apply to one or two, not ALL of them. I've been an adjunct at a couple of NYC-area universities, and I've never, ever heard of a student being picked up by all 8 Ivies. Nor has the Chancellor of CUNY, who said as much on WNYE the other day. |
