"why would an arts festival appeal to elements who don't have kids but parade their small dogs around like children?'think VERY Hard on this one....ok? an arts festival is not really meant for kids per say. Kids naturally run around and are looking for stuff to do...to be entertained. Teenagers might see some value to this event, but a younger crowd...no....so why drag along kids to this event if they most likely would be bored. besides....maybe you went there on a day when school was in session. As far as the small dogs element, maybe they were serving FREE dog food for people who brought their dogs with them. Why were there no cats? eh? |
