This sounds as though Palin is creating an artificial crisis in the USA and half of America..."flyover" country, especially, is too stupid to think rationally on this matter. This would be happening even if Palin were in the WH for this simple reason: Ukraine is a country created from forced amalgamations...much of western Ukraine used to be Poland until World War 2, and Ukraine also includes former parts of Austria-Hungary...then you have ethnic Ukrainians and the descendants of Russians who moved there just after Stalin took power. What is happening in Ukraine also has an effect on Syria policy (events in the world don't occur in a vacuum). Additionally, Putin knows that the mainland EU can't retaliate until the weather warms up because he is also their major supplier of natural gas.This convinces me more and more that most Americans cannot think for themselves...the left has already shown their inability to rationally think earlier, and this confirms it with most of the right too. |
