Hmm. It starts to get weird, doesn't it? Does the baker put up a sign that says: "Here is the list of sinful occasions whose celebration I cannot in good conscience participate in"?

And suppose "gay marriage" is a legitimate sinful occasion that the baker can exclude? Your point is, can the baker pick and choose? Another issue is how far can you push the list of sinful occasions? Can you say that the marriage of a Christian to a member of the Fundamentalist LDS Church is sinful? How about a Christian to a Jew?
And on and on.
