Who's lying?

South Carolina is heading to bankruptcy because they have to take every person hired by one of these companies, put them through high school and college so they get hires, at the state's expense. Add to that all the tax abatements given these companies and you have a system that's headed to collapse.

BMW is expanding because it costs them nothing beyond a physical plant construction to expand. They get a new abatement good for another 10 years, and SC is selling junk bonds to cover it. How much longer does anyone think this can go on?
