No state has any "freelance electors. "If by "freelance electors" she means electors for whom there are no consequences for voting contrary to their pledge, then either all electors in a given state are like that, or none of them.But legal consequences for faithless electors are irrelevant. If millions of people are willing to vote for some "RWNB" as bingbong would call it, his party can easily find 270 out of those millions to be electors. |
