I understood them perfectly. YOU couldn't have read them.If an elector votes according to their conscience, they do NOT break Federal law but may have consequences WRT their state. However, their vote will count as a conscience vote is not unconstitutional. Once again, you prove how OCD you are. AFAIC, this conversation ends here. |
