I don't know why anyone is playing politics with this subject. The population of upstate New York has been in decline for something like 40 or 50 years. Republican mayors, Democratic mayors, Republican congresspeople, Democratic congresspeople, Republican governors, Democratic governors.It doesn't matter and hasn't mattered. |
