There's no breaking point if properly funded. In fact, overall medical costs will go DOWN as we get closer to 100% of the population getting care BEFORE the ER, BEFORE they end up inpatients at hospitals. The signs already exist.Everyone should be proud of those states that now offer expanded Medicaid. They will see the full benefit of ACA. |
