By 2015? A friend of mine posted this on Facebook after New Mexico legalized gay marriage last week:

"There are now 17 states (+DC) with marriage equality, and 29 states that ban same-sex marriage in their constitutions. That leaves just 4 states in neither category: Indiana, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

This means that all the low-hanging fruit has been picked! The way forward (other than electing Democrats in PA) has to involve going after those state constitutions, either through the regular amendment process (which is underway in Oregon and Nevada) or through the federal courts (as already happened in California)."

I doubt all the states that ban same sex marriage are going to make it legal in the next 12 months.
