Perhaps. But you miss the point. If Ms. McCray was a lesbian, as she herself stated, then she would have no choice but to sexually favor women. That is what we have been told for years now - sexuality is not a choice. Correct?

So there are only a finite number of possibilities here.

(1) Ms. McCray is still a lesbian and her marriage is a sham.
(2) Ms. McCray was actually bisexual, not a lesbian, so she was wrong when she said she was a lesbian.
(3) Ms. McCray was actually heterosexual but didn't know it when she said she was a lesbian.
(4) Bill de Blasio is actually a woman;

or, most controversially,

(5) Ms. McCray opted out of lesbianism.
