That's not what a mamaluke is. "Mamaluke" ("mamelucco") means "dumbass".
A grown adult who lives with his/her parents is known as a "bamboccione/a"

I know the literal meaning, but as a kid in the 70's, you'd call a momma's boy a "Mamaluke". That's how it was by then.
