The old "well it doesn't matter anyway" bail out when proven wrong.Yes, a lot happened before "my" time (and the 70's is not before my time), as well as yours, which has absolutely nothing to do with the conversation. I too can talk about things that "happened to my father in the 70's to the best of my knowledge" but what would that prove? So you believe things that were happening 40 or more years ago still are happening today? |
