You probably took my statement about how much of the car is in the intersection as being the opposite of what I had intended. I was talking about entering the intersection and not clearing the intersection.I have no doubt that if the entire vehicle is in the intersection when the light has turned red, having fully entered it and not even partially having cleared it, then no violation has occurred. |
