Here in New York, they'll even put a dash of "disturbing cats" on top of the cake just to ensure something sticks. :)As to the local gendarmerie down there, just adds to the full SMH experience of knowing that places like Florida still exist and haven't yet managed to catch fire, fall over, and sink into the swamp.
