The US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces has ruled that the Lawrence decision applies to the military as well, though I think it refers only to the sodomy laws in the UCMJ.The military also has laws that still criminalize fraternization within the chain of command and intimate relations between enlisted and officers. |
