It will most likely be a non-biological parent seeking to enroll their kid in school and getting denied a place in class.good example. It could be a parent (with military dependant card) enrolling their non-biological kid (also with dependant card) in an off-base school in Killeen, Dumbfuckistan and the school administrators going all Taliban on his/her ass. Or in an off-base clinic for the kid's surgery while his/her same-sex spouse is deployed. That's the kind of case that will bring down Section 2. |
