I think you are right. The full faith and credit clause is unambiguous. Roberts may be able to scramble his brain to void it for this purpose, but I doubt Kennedy will.

But that's not what Spider Pig and I were discussing. I said I didn't expect WY to allow gay marriages until 2050. I wasn't referring to it recognizing those of other states.
