Posted by Train Dude on Tue Jun 18 20:43:09 2013 An arrest was made today in the case a Nigerian Immigrant Cab Driver who died after being stabbed in the eye with an umbrella. Speculation is that this was not a legal umbrella but one purchased from a street vender. None the less, calls for tighter control on black market umbrella sales and registering of all umbrellas, are being heard again. |
