That was not the issue that went to the Supreme Court; it was their wanting to run a movie about Hillary "too close" to the election, which was only illegal because they were a corporation.The Supreme Court agreed with them and disagreed with Bingbong. Saying what they did was "unlawful" is, legally, like saying a man is a murderer after he's been acquitted. |
