The ACLU doesn't run campaign ads in favor of individual candidates or political parties.They are non-partisan. There is a difference between advocacy and non-partisan advocacy. The ACLU picks and chooses the causes it wishes to take on. Every now and then they take on a controversial case that's on the right, but they pick and choose those as well. |
