When the bars, with shitibike racks in front of them, close at 0400 and a bunch of drunken tourists or Knick fans decide it would be a good idea to rent a bike and merrily drive into the path/side of a bus or a tractor-trailer making deliveries to McDonalds, Starbucks or your favorite Korean deli. It's only a matter of time. |
