Whole blocks of commercial parking spots were eliminated around TS and HS. Now, large companies such as UPS and FEDEX consider parking fines the cost of doing business but the small business and independent owner operators are getting royally screwed with the cost of the relentless ticketing by Bloombergs army of Traffic Nazis |
