There were 288 cyclists injured by cars in April 2013. That comes to almost 10 per day. What's surprising about a single Citybike cyclist being injured in 4 days?I wonder how many pedestrians are injured by cyclists? Do you have a break down, by county, of the injured cyclists? I'll bet a good percentage of them are delivery man in Manhattan, and western parts of Queens and Brooklyn. Those guys can get crazy and artificially inflate the number of injuries making cycling seem more dangerous in NYC. |
