Most perps of workplace violence get fired immediatly from their civilian jobs.You can't just "fire" someone from the Army without due process. In fact, if Hasan were to admit to some misconduct in exchange for some general discharge, it would be the equivalent of a plea agreement and he would walk scot free. Is that what you want? |
